FAQS
How are the pieces made? Are moulds used?
Each ceramic piece is handmade by me, without moulds. All pieces are different and that's what I love most about ceramics. It's the simplicity of each piece being unique, with subtle variations and differences in shape, size and glaze, yet always with its perfect imperfections. The pieces are all made from high-temperature stoneware, so they are then fired in the kiln at 1050 to 1260 degrees.
What can I do if the piece I want is sold out?
If you want a piece that isn't available, you can send me an email at thegreenstudio.ceramic@gmail.com with the photo/name of the piece and the quantity you'd like!
How long does it take to receive a piece?
If the piece is available, the waiting time is just the shipping time, between 3 to 5 working days. If the piece you want is not in stock and needs to be ordered, the waiting time is between 2 weeks to one month.
Can I put the pieces in the microwave and dishwasher?
Of course! All pieces are produced at high temperatures, between 1050 and 1260 degrees, so they can go in the oven, microwave and dishwasher!
Do the pieces meet food safety standards?
Yes! All pieces are glazed, but none of the glazes used contain lead, so they are suitable for utilitarian use.
Is it possible to order custom pieces?
Of course! Head to the contacts page and let's create together!
What is the return policy?
I dedicate a lot of time to packing all your pieces with as much care and love as possible. In the unlikely event that one of your pieces arrives broken, please let me know as soon as possible via email.
